Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order is £4.99. We offer free shipping on orders over £100. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates apply.

Standard Shipping: estimated delivery time 5-7 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

International Shipping
We currently only ship within the UK. If you would like to inquire about international shipping options, please contact us at info@aumnidesigns.co.uk.

Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@aumnidesigns.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Aumni Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please reach out to your local carrier for assistance.
