- What are wax melts, and how do I use them?
- Wax melts are small, scented pieces of wax designed to be melted in a wax warmer or burner to release fragrance. Simply place a wax melt into the warmer's dish and turn it on to enjoy the aroma.
- How long do your candles burn?
- The burn time of our candles varies depending on the size and type of candle. Generally, our 200g candles burn for approximately 45 hours.
- Are your candles made from natural ingredients?
- Yes, our candles are crafted using a blend of natural soy wax, high-quality fragrance oils, and cotton wicks. We prioritise natural ingredients to ensure a clean and long-lasting burn.
- Do you offer customisable candle scents?
- Currently, we do not offer customisation options for scents. However, we regularly introduce new fragrances to our collection, so you're sure to find something you love!
- How should I care for my candles to maximise their lifespan?
- To ensure the best performance and longevity of your candles, always trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting, keep the candle away from drafts, and burn it for no more than 4 hours at a time. For more tips, check out our candle care guide here.
- What are reed diffusers, and how do they work?
- Reed diffusers are a flameless way to enjoy continuous fragrance in your space. They consist of a glass bottle filled with scented oil and reeds. The reeds absorb the oil and release the fragrance into the air. To use, simply insert the reeds into the bottle and flip them occasionally for a renewed scent. - Can I refill my reed diffuser with new oil?
- Yes, all our reed diffusers come with refill options. Once your diffuser oil runs out, you can purchase a refill bottle and reuse the existing reeds to continue enjoying your favourite fragrance.
- How long does a reed diffuser last?
- The longevity of a reed diffuser depends on factors such as the size of the bottle, the number of reeds used, and the environment it's placed in. On average, our 100ml reed diffusers last anywhere from 12 to 24 weeks. You can extend the lifespan by using fewer reeds or placing the diffuser in a smaller room.
- Are your products eco-friendly and sustainable?
- We strive to be environmentally conscious in our production process. Our candles and wax melts are made from renewable soy wax, and all of our scents are vegan-friendly. Additionally, we are continually exploring ways to minimise our environmental impact.
